Deposit
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit for all days booked. Payment accepted by cash or cheque made payable to Bull Farm Bed and Breakfast with the balance to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellation requires two weeks notice for full refund of deposit less a 25.00 GBP administration fee. Less than two weeks cancellation notice will result in the full charge for days booked if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.

Damage
It is with regret that any damage to the property or contents will be charged at cost.

We are happy to meet requests for alternative times by prior arrangement.

For the comfort of all our guests and due to recent legislation, we regret that we operate a no smoking policy which must be strictly adhered to.  Failure to comply will result in a charge for a complete room valet at a tariff of 60.00 GBP.

Due to the location of the premises to dairy farming we do not have the facilities to accommodate pets.
